How to Bid: A Guide to our Platform.
Our auction platform is clean, secure, and easy to navigate. Here we will show you how to register in a few simple steps.
STEP ONE
This is our auction platform. You can find it at live.jonesauctions.ca. Here you can view any scheduled and upcoming auctions, browse the lots, or create an account.
Click ‘Register to Bid’ to create an account.
STEP TWO
After you click ‘Register to Bid’, you will be prompted to login or sign up. Click ‘Create Account’ to set up your profile.
STEP THREE
Add your name, email, and create a password for your account. Then click ‘Create Account’.
STEP FOUR
And that’s it! At this point you can add more information to your profile (click ‘Edit’) or you can add a credit card to your account which will allow you to place bids. Our payment system is through Stripe, a secure and dependable platform we have been using for over ten years at our contemporary gallery.
STEP FIVE
You can now plan your bidding by following favourite artists (click ‘Follow’ next to the artist name) or by flagging specific lots (click the star icon next to the lot number).
